Ok, maybe not that last one but making an appointment can sometimes be a little.. challenging. Here's the deal, we groomers here at Groomer Has It, do it all. And that includes answering the phones and making appointments all while making each and every dog look their best. Sometimes we are unable to answer the phone or return calls and emails right away and we ask for your patience and understanding.

You have and Appointment; awesome! Now what?
We have two different drop off times for your convenience. Morning, which is 8:30 sharp and Afternoon, which is 12:30 sharp. We try not to keep any one dog more than 4.5 hours. We will call you when your dog is ready to be picked up. Please do not come in before your scheduled drop off time or before you are called to pick up. We run a tight ship around here and every minute counts, remember what I told you about us doing it all? That includes checking pups in and out. We open at 8:30am but we don't have a set closing time. We leave when the last dog leaves, just a little something to keep in mind.

We love you and your dog and that is why we only take a limited number of appointments each day. We want to make sure we can give each dog the time it deserves. No, really. So, because of all the love, devotion and time that goes into each dog and the superior quality of each and every pupstyle, we tend to book out pretty far in advance. "Season" severely decreases availability as well. What I'm getting at is, if you cancel, no promises about when you can get back in.
